Limit

I have reached a limit that has a limit! Am sick today and so I will cancel all Training for today, sadbuttrue!

Kokoschips

Well this is my 2nd time writing this blog, the 1st blog did not agree with the contents :)
I am sick and very tired at the moment, I have been battling the flu for a few weeks now AT the least and it seems like it's gonna win and mist likely will if I don't take some tine off and get well again.
I have been very busy since Barbados and it seems like there is no end, and it seems like there is no end in sight being busy and on the run.
There are so many people who wants something from me or need my assistance, and of course there are those who are unhappy because I am neglecting our friendship.
I an sure that things will fall into place soon, just like I almost folded up and fall into place yesterday after the boxing training.
Man I felt so damn bad, my head was hurting, stomach and body pain, cold and freezing all over.
If I was to ask someone why I am physically tired and at the end of my energy, they would of course say,@well Mr Gray you are responsible for your health and well being" and of course they wound be right.
As for now I will just slow down a little and take it slow and then start up again.

Concert

went to the concert of Tricky last night, the music I know is not bad and of course the concert was ok, just think that it was a little too expensive for that which was delivered.
The thing is obe never know really what will be delivered until the show is over, it was a good experience to see what vad concerts are all about. It wasa mixed publicum which was really the only real interesting thing about the concert , with the fact that they started playing later than expected. I made rge experience and am sure it was ok.

Build fight

Yesterday was another good day of boxing training, the guys are starting to think and move like real boxers do, and these are the fruits which makes it worth it to plant trees.
The good thing about this place is the opportunity I have there to create the things I wAnt.
We have the space and the equipment and now we have the gugs who are really interested in learning. I must say it give me a good feeling when I see what is happening at this place.

Missing

Hi everyone it's been a few months now since I was here, like the great philosophy once said I will lay down and bleed awhile then stand up and fight on, am back to fight on.
There have been some changes like Tasheena is now doing her military bootcamp, and I must say she is doing very well, I had total confidence that she wound be ok because she is strong both mentally and physically.
I myself am doing great if not for the fact that I have a cold/flu which cane fir a visit and I do hope will leave soon.
Today is a cold but not raining day in Germany, I would live to gave a mocca chocolate at this moment and then go to sleep because am so tired.

The power

Its Friday and the power is back from a very cruel Wednesday.
I only did Thai chi and swimming yesterday to recover from the power sucking of Wednesdays training and today the power is back.
This morning one hour cycling was fantastic, and after one hour break we had one hour of Nike dynamic training and of course Mr. Fitz was at his best with Jutta to keep it in line, great power workout a little for everybody but not for everybody.
I have gotten some new ideas of how I can enhance my boxing training, putting new and interesting power to my program, which will make Tasheena and my other boxers even more stronger in the future.
it was a Great idea to come here to this event,
It's not only a holiday of power but of new and interesting new ideas, really positive and enhancing to my sport activities of the future.....

Fitness first week

Well I have gone from one extreme to the next
Am At the Alibey club in Turkey for the fitness first week, which means am here with more than 100 sports crazy people taking courses from the 11 best presenters more than 100 deferent courses, yesterday was hard, I had four courses, and they were not for babies, today I will be taking it a but easier and give my body rest up for tomorrow.
It's really nice here the hotel is great the food is fantastic and the people are cool, there are a mixture of kids and adults here which is good to see,I know some people would
Say am dreaming but I can imagine being here with my son
Joshua for vacation.

No dream Ok reality that's hoe I see it.

Feel

It's been an amazing time here for me I was able to see the simple things in life and enjoy them.
When it rained here believe me it really rained don't know if I have seen any other place where it rained this way, it actually scary to think about that kind of rain and wind mix together that us nit a movie.
Beside the rain you also gave the sun the beautiful sun.
She shine bright and gives off so much energy you could explode from all that energy.
The water or should I say the ocean so warm so beautiful full of life impulsing energy, that could sweep you away in a heart beat, the waves high and lie they have something for everyone.
I am now at the end of a journey that changed my life. The change that will effect my future decision in all I do after I get in this plane.
The end of and old begin starts now with a change to a new start.... Am sure it's gonna be lovely and am looking forward to living it.....

Medals for world peace.

The competition is over the boxers have gotten there medals.
There were not many surprises at this championship, the medals were spread around to different countries, unlike in china of 2008 where the Chinese dominated the tournament. I have to say also, that the level of competition was not as good overall, I do believe that in china the level was higher.
All good thing cones to an end, and so we cone to the end of an interesting competition, in a very interesting country with very nice people.my experience here has been filled with rich and beautiful things, I will take the warmth if the sun, the kindness of the people and the colors of this island with me,I was able to meet and share with boxers and coaches I meet in china Two years ago and it seems like it was two months ago.
I wouldn't trade this experience for anything else, I wouldn't change being involve in sports it's the best communication for world peace and Hunan understanding , seems like there would be no other world existing beside this world we have lived in for the last two weeks, and that is one presence of life love and understanding.

The last night

It the final night which is around the corner
There should Be a Party tonight After the finals tonight.
I am once again rich with new ideas, confident that am gonna Be a great Trainer One day.
It was great talking and sharing ideas with the other great trainers from all over the world, this is the best school a young trainer could have to give him confident.

Wind

Today the winds are blowing , actually you could say singing.
Yes the wind of change, and with so many things in life one never knows in what direction, and for how long
Being optimistic helps in cases like this.
I am a believer that all changes are for the good, maybe not a the exact moment but it's meant for the good of good.

The fight is over
The last three girls have lost there boxing matches today, but I must say that they fought very very well all three of them.
I am very much disappointed and I really don't know how the future will be. I will see what happens when I get up tomorrow......

Just came back from my first surf trip it was great, had a good teacher and the perfect waves for the beginning :)I never really doubt my capability to do this sport but I just didn't have or took the time.
Being here with my friends from Swiss made it possible and the teacher a guy name Christian from boosys surf school was really cool feel so good feel the speed and power of the waves under your feel and when you stand up and start being one with the waves is fantastic, and at the same moment the waves break and you are woken up from the most fantastic dream.

Day after

The boxing goes on there are three girls left, Meike, Andrea and Uli, they will all box today and I hope for the best.
Tasheena has started with the training again at most to be able to do some sparring with the other girls in her weight class.
She did 2rds with Australia , 2rds with Canada and 2rds with Vietnam, today Thursday no training.
I am gonna see what the surf waves will do with me today, I have never surf before so I think it's gonna be funny.

Uli

Uli had a good fight tonight against Bulgaria, it's good to see her win after all she has been going thru all these months with the national team, Andrea won an easy fight also tonight for her it's also a good thing, and am happy for the girls, of course I wish that things had gone better for Tasheena and the other girls who have lost so far. The boxing goes on tomorrow and the winners will go to the quarter finals after tomorrow. I must say that all the girls whom have made it so far have deserved it.

The weather has been good here the last few days, I had a meeting with the head coach and the sport director from the German team last night, I will info you all later about this very interesting meeting that took place later.. That is all for bow migente m.

Day after

The great thing about life is knowing that the sun will always shine, in some places it takes longer and in some a short time later after it got dark. One of the lessons here for me in Barbados is the sun always shine. Some days it rained so hard and so much you think it would never stop, and suddenly it stopes raining and the sun come out and shine even more that before.

Tasheena hat ein harter Kampf verloren um ein Punkt, sie ist sehr down weil der kamp zu gewinnen war.  Sie hat sehr gut angefangen erste runde gewonnen und In die zweite die linier verloren, die vierte hat sie alles gegeben war leider so Spat, we will continue to work hard knowing that the difference between a champ and a loser is what the champ does if and when he loses. So being the champ she is, she will cry a little but she will then stand up and fight on. And knowing myself I will be at her side and we will box many more matches and will be champion...

Boxing bigins

Tasheena won her bout with a walk over because Stefani walker from Canada could not box because of an injury to her shoulder.
Today it's raining again on and off.
Tasheena is now finish with the morning training, in which she dud sine pad work with Valintin. After we we had our normal talk to discuss her feeling both mental and physical.
She us in good form very good form.
I have only positive thoughts and feeling About her next fight against Denista elisee

Tasheena won her first fight, by walkover the boxer from Canada was injured. , well that's life, she fight again on Saturday against Bulgaria, that will be a good fight, the weather here has changed it's not so hot anymore which is good for boxers, am so tired ifs been a long day that's all for now.

Two girls lost today, 51kg and 64kg
The winner was 69kg wo came back from behind to take the boxing match.
Tasheena will fight tomorrow Saturday , that's gonna be a good fight.

Boxing begins

The boxing Event begins Tomorrow and Tasheena is the only Person from the German team who will be boxing.
She will be boxing stefani walker from Canada .
I had the chance to do the pad work with her today and it went well, she is 10000%and that feels good.

Rain in Barbados

Yes its raining Today, the Girls all made Weight with no problem, the feeling is good they are all excited and now waiting to find out who box and when.
I like the way things are going with Tasheena at the moment.
The mental work s doing her good.
Yesterday Sergej came to Barbados to see the girls, actually Uli is a big part of that.
Today is a rainy day and I really mean rain.
As for myself I have not the chance to see anything special as yet, but that not why am here.....

Barbados W W Boxing Championship

It almost 1:45min until we reach Barbados, was trying to sleep and heard a little boy crying so I got up to see what was wrong, he was locked in the WC and of course super Tyson got the door open.
Til now it's Ok the trip from heathrow was stress because of the time schedule I had only 1-/2hr to get to catwick it was close. And bony an 1/2ti get thru security and to the gate and I did it. The flight is ok so far I had chicken for lunch with juice and tea. Am tired but  feeling good. Am now planning on how to get from the airport to my hotel or atleast to where  the team is without paying too much much money, a free ride would be great:)

Barbados and back

Good morning, it's 0330am am sitting in the train from Karlsuhe, will change in Mannheim on my way to the airport in Frankfurt.
The taxi came on time to get me this morning, and he was nice enough to wait because I was nit really ready to go. Oh! I realize that I left my jacket at home:) it's a wonderful Monday morning.
06:04 am now at the airport in Frankfurt finish checking in, so far it's good, even though I just found out that I have to change airport in London, but! I don't mind, because I also found out that the air plane is full in the economy class so I got an upgrade for no extra charge. Hmmm such a beautiful Monday .
Actually am really hungry so I am gonna have a latte and a chicken sandwich.

Barbados World Woman Boxing Chapiomship 2010

Tasheena is now is a training camp with the National team, my friends, she is doing good very motivated and waiting for the boxing to begin, and of course, I have to say the fight goes on.
This time its the DBV German Boxing Board saying after 2years of hard work that they want to separate the Boxer from her Trainer! how do they think she made it this far? more to come soon........

Trainer "A"

This was one of those things in life which makes me shake my Head and wonder why some people can be so evil, I finally had a chance to improve my training knowledge and be promoted, it Cost me allot of money, energy and stress, but I had to do it. Once again I had to fight against my own club leaders, the same club where am dedicating all of this, they would not even offer 20,- but they are willing to fight.
I am a fighter, Revolutionary and I will fight until I cant fight no more because no man is badder than I. If I get tired of fighting, I will lay down and rest and stand up and fight on..
this is one of those sad story I don´t really like talking about but its time my friend that you all know some of the things i have to go thru. I have been with this club for more that 20yrs and am still having to fight, even after I have stop fighting.....
I am now a "A" Trainer which is one of the highest license you can have and it has open up doors which can only be closed by me...

Never Back down(Tasheena German Champion)

so my friend its been awhile since I made an update, but its time again to keep you updated, most important Tasheena is once again Germany champion this time in lightweight (60Kg) and believe me the journey was not easy, I had many people telling me I am doing the wrong thing when I decided with Tasheena to move up to this weight class, because as most people knew Julia, the Champ for 4years and considered by most as unbeatable was also gonna be fighting.
Since I have started training Tashi 2yrears ago, I knew what potential she has and I know my capability to be a good trainer.. it all fits like hand in a glove, ok maybe not like OJ Simpson but it fits.
in the End Tasheena turned out to be the best boxer in Germany 2010, she won the championship by beating Julia in a fantastic fight which was rated as the best fight of the Championship, but before that she had 2 good fights which had everyone watching and waiting for the next fight...
That was not enough the German Boxing Board decided to have Tasheena fight julia again to make sure it was not just a lucky fight, and my friends Tasheena did even better that in the first fight..... she really showed those folks who the real Queen is...

I am now about one month away from my Ausbilbung for A-Trainer am very excited and at the same time a little nervous. Changes are happening in my life, some for better and some I am not sure yet, but all changes are good I just have to take time to see them.I am full of emotions and not sure where to put them, I went running this morning and am still restless, full of emotions and don´t know where to put them.

I once wrote that if you go on a Journey, one should traveled it with 100%, but if one feels that its not possible to take a certain path because its painful or troubling, there are other paths which leads to the same destination. So taking another is also a good choice, don´t be afraid to change path, even if you think its not good, listen to your feelings(Heart) its almost always the best advice you will ever have...

Tasheena had a very good fight against Laura Passatore from Italy, which she won. Considering the fact that her opponent had 3kg more, it was a good test on the way for the World Championship. the work is still a long way off but its on the right road....

life is a contact sport, you have to be able to exchange with others to win and lose!life is not too short. it´s just that you are dead for so long.....so lay down and bleed awhile, but stand up and fight on, again and again, all the excitement  of a trip to hell.

He was naked then and now, paddling out into one of nature´s greatest unknows. and when he jumped to his feet and first rode down that mountain of water, he was perhaps as close as man will get to walking on water...

Not everything that has a mouth can speak, and if you are able to speak  of course you have to be careful how you use your words. I was once told by a very special friend that words are your life line if one used them unwisely or abuse them or  too fast then you may not live long! the mushroom mixer has a mouth , but uses it wisely! and then again very carefully because he wants to live for a very long time.

Not knowing

One of the best thoughts one can have is to know that he is ready for the next fight! completely and Truly ready, that he has done everything possible in his power to win, knowing as I have said before that winning is not everything! but, its a whole lot knowing that you have sacrifice so much to get there and well, if you were to lose it would of course means a great deal.

Never forget losing, its that which makes a winner and a champion!being afraid to lose is death.

I have come to realize that it does matter if you win or lose, but most of all how you deal with the outcome,  that could mean life or death,  deals with it never quit. I have to say it´s some time so hard dealing with losing especially if you are in Love with winner.

I don´t want to win and lose my soul .

One of the most important thing about being in competition is knowing you have a good support system build around you, its a wall made of people who love and care for you and will do there 100% to support you if you win or lose and that is life .

Lay down and bleed awhile and stand up and fight on.

I am willing to lose, but not  give up my Heart and Soul and most of all my self respect. Love and lost is always better than never to love at all, it´s like being at the Olympics even if you didn´t

win a medal its a satisfying feeling you can not describe, you just have to feel it to believe it

Someone told me once or maybe twice, you cant have everything, and I smiled every time I heard that statement, never thought anything of it until lately, when I realized that I cant have everything, but it does not mean stop trying......

If you win or lose be a hero or a coward you have to choose, the different between a Hero and a coward is what each person does to make it happened, we all have to choose.

I do believe that everyone has the right to be happy, not to sit around play games and watch life pass by, but be with the one they Love make the best of the moment knowing every breath is a moment you will never ever have again.

Some times its just necessary to lay down and bleed awhile and then get up and fight on, like a boxer who was knock down, he has actually 8seconds to stand up,and continue the fight, but that is a life time compared to someone who has is whole life to decide, and let it go by because he is afraid of standing and fighting for something he believes in. We don´t have to have everything we just need to have the things which makes us happy, no pain and no game just happy, like being lost in forever in the garden of Paradise, being drunk in Love, I wonder if anyone has every been drunk in Love !?

Intoxicate in the thoughts of being with someone, to feel like there is nothing more important out there except you and me! to win or lose you have to chose........

School work

Its2118hr and I am just getting home from a long day, the most important part of that day is the time I spend at the school teaching kids how to box for 2hrs. After which time I teach adults how to get in shape or actually it teaching them how to box ....hmmmm.

I would rather have done something else beside teaching adults how to fight this evening but, it was not an easy choice, knowing you would rather be somewhere else and with someone doing something else:) things dont always work out the way we want. Keep your head up and fight on!!!!!good night..

Snow

Oh my goodness its snowing cats and dogs here in Germany wow, the only two things I can think about is hot chocolate and snow boarding! wonder which one comes first.....

I am alive! After so many death the past year, its really a great feeling to be alive. Feeling, to actually feel your heart beat and to get those nervous feelings in the stomach  riding the snow board down a mountain from 2570m in Switzerland. My year has started out great am  alive.
